Join The Maestro and friends at OCR Academy, Ottawa's obstacle course training gym, for an exciting, supportive workout designed for all fitness levels!

Whether you're preparing for your next obstacle course race or simply looking for a fun alternative to traditional gym workouts, The Breaking Point will help you build confidence, improve your fitness, and conquer new challenges.

Sundays | 9:00–10:15 AM

No class on the first Sunday of each month.

Registration & Pricing

Drop-in: $25 + tax per class starting November 2026

Save with Monthly Registration!

Monthly registration is just $20 per class, compared with our regular $25 drop-in rate.

• 3-class month: $60 + tax

• 4-class month: $80 + tax

Monthly registration includes all scheduled Sunday sessions, including Family OCR Sunday.

The monthly price adjusts depending on whether three or four classes are scheduled.

The last Sunday of every month — bring your kids, friends, or family for just $10 + tax per guest!

Make fitness a family adventure and tackle obstacles together.

• Family Sunday offers the same workout intensity as our regular classes.

• Children under 12 must remain with an accompanying adult throughout the class.

• Don't have kids? Bring a friend or another family member for just $10 + tax instead!

• Select Family Pass from the registration dropdown to access the special guest rate.
