My educational background is in social work & gender studies. I love working with my community (LGBTQIA+) and I hope to provide a space where folks can feel included and safe to be themselves. I understand that mental health can impact your fitness journey and I want to help you find ways to keep moving/get moving that work with you, not against you.
My goal is to build a fitness community centered around positive connections, healthy living, self-confidence and fun!
What to expect when training with me:
A gentler approach - rather than a forceful or pushy approach, I will provide calm encouragement in our sessions.Β
Creating safety - you have the power over your body. If something isn't working for you we'll find a better way.Β
Ditch the scales - I don't track food or use scales. Our focus will be about feeling strong, capable and connected with yourself.
Find what works for you - we'll figure out how to get moving in ways that make you actually feel good about yourself.Β
